The blacking tank fill the blacking oil(this kind of oil must buy special black oil) and have a belt move through the oil and take off the tank. The dry furnace use hot air to dry the surface of screw to make sure the black color firm.Blacking tank Blacking tank have a belt move system,the screws drop on the belt in black oil and move out of the tank with belt,before the screws our the belt there is a strong air fan on the top of the belt lift use to clean the screws and make the black oil out off and back to the tank.Belt type dry furnace The dry furnace use for dry the screws to 250ºC. The power of furnace is 30KW.The shell is made by A3 steel and has the belt to move the screws. The lining build by aluminum silicate fiber insulation material. There is one fan fix on the top of the furnace. The heat elements are heat tubes through the furnace work area.the belt material is SUS304.
